Hi, can anyone recommend a vet in the south west that specialises in hip scoring? Preferably under sedation? Trying to decide if the local vet is the only option! Ta muchly! | |

Hi Just checked with correspondence I had with my vet when Spike was checked and it is PennHIP.....not hippen sorry. Not sure I will explain it properly but their website is very helpful. I think the basics are that they actually measure how far out of the joint the hips are rather than the hip joints being scored for possible signs of ware..I think it is supposed to be more accurate than subjective. Hope that helps
