Hello,
My name is Louise and I am in London on the border of Essex. I am interested in the WCS and hope to be owned by one in the not too distant future!! Looking forward to chatting to you all and having a good read through the posts on here.

Hi Louise, welcome . I can totally recommend that you get a WCS. i got one last July and am absolutely loving it. He is brilliant , full of energy, healthy, and a great wee character. He is a great companion. Today we were hill walking in the sunshine with his half brother and they were a delight. One of the best days !

A big welcome to you. WCS are the best :-) and sound like you have an ideal life for one. Iif you are looking for a puppy please make sure you get one from a health tested bitch/sire. Lots of breeders on here to help you or point you in the right direction of a good litter when the time is right. xx

Welcome you are indeed Louise, I must admit, they are simply cockers to me, the working part is a given. Unlike, many members of this forum, I'm not hung up on health testing to the Nth degree, as I don't think there are major problems within the breed. But each to their own, we all love our dogs, in our own way, and that's what counts above all else. Andrew

Hi Andrew and thank you. I have been away this weekend to look at a couple of litters aaaaand.....have reserved a beautiful lemon/white bitch pup from Darren and Amanda at Moel Famau. Im really looking forward to picking her up!! They were extremely nice people, very friendly and helpful and after looking at a couple of litters, I believe I have found the "one". Its so exciting, she wont be here for a while as is only young, the time is going to drag by!!
