I take Harley to do Dash n Splash although he is more a Dash Stop Splash dog!!

Have put a couple of montages of both Harley & Mayhem taken last year of this activity, although as Mayhem was only 12 weeks at the time, she just swam!!

Yes have just printed off the forms!!!

I met you, I think last year, at a training day, as you remarked how much Harley looked like Pie, you brought Pie round to meet Harley.

Since then, have now got Mayhem, and she may take to this sport better, so am going to take her on the training day, and see how we get on!!!

We are taking Pie and Bailey on the training day as well.Are you going to the morning or afternoon session?

Not all gundogs take to this sport as it is entirely different to the usual water retrieves they are used too... Pie was not that keen last year and we think with some training she will improve. Bailey is fast approaching his first birthday and it will be his first experience of chucking himself into a swimming pool 

Is Dash & Splash similar to Jetty dogs ? this has all but disappeared have added a pic of my collie taking part in her 1st competiton a few years back tobest friends album,  was hoping to try Ianto sometime, there were plenty of spaniels at jetty dogs including some search & rescue springers!

Yes both Harley and Mayhem are going on the training day in the afternoon, (hopefully as sending the paperwork off tomorrow) and then we are camping for the weekend at the show.

Not sure how Mayhem will react, but she is not fearful of much, although a couple of times Harley has nudged her into the river, and she seemed less than impressed!!

Just checked my work diary, and can't do the training day as I have a meeting on the Friday, but will hopefully be there by mid afternoon, so will take a walk round to the area, and see if I can see you there.
